Selling my gma's house (Take two)

My grandma's house has been on the market since October. It's a rural area and the market has been slow. We decided to make some improvements (based on feedback) to speed up the process:

-re-surfaced kitchen counters, bathroom sinks, tub, and shower
-updated kitchen cabinet hardware
-installed privacy fence
-hired out whole-house staging
-added window boxes to the front

And what do you know, the house just went under contract! :)
